1796foods: 284. Creme Brulee Creme brulee is one of those classic desserts which is really simple but just works. Obviously the best bit is the burnt crunchy sugar on the top, if I had my way my creme brulee would come in a dish as wide and flat as possible. I mean the custard is nice, but it’s really just there to make the burnt sugar taste even better. 284 down, 1512 to go
